Available Sites
The Waitlist
All campsites at BLR are leased on an annual basis. All of our sites are currently full. These leases begin either April or September 1st, and are reviewed & considered for renewal each year. We occasionally have a site become available, at which point we turn to our waitlist to see what applications we wish to consider. If you're interested in getting on the waitlist, click HERE. Please understand that our waitlist is often long, and it can sometimes take several seasons for a site to become available at this point. We're always looking at future development and expansion, but this also takes time, so your patience is appreciated.
Private Sale
Sometimes, we have an existing camper (site holder) decide to move on from BLR in the middle of their lease due to personal reasons. We get it; life happens and circumstances change. We always want to assist people in smoothly moving on from their lease and work together to find another great fit to join our campground community.
This is where you might come in! These site holders will often choose to sell their lease - sometimes with the additions of their camper trailer and/or sheds and accoutrements they've built on their site. The 'sale' of these sites does not include the annual lease fees, and it needs to be understood that in 'purchasing a site' that you are only purchasing the opportunity to to hold a lease at BLR. Anyone considering the purchase of a site is still subject to the same application process, approval from management, and annual fees and review that occurs for all site holders.
Below you will find some basic information about the sites currently available via private sale by site holder. We try to keep this as up to date as possible, as a service to our site holders who are wishing to sell in order to help them connect with folks who are interested in getting a site at BLR. We typically have 3-10 sites change hands by private sale every year, so we recommend you keep an eye on this space! If you see something you like, we encourage you to reach out via the form on our waitlist page (HERE) - please indicate the site # you are interested in and we will connect you with the seller directly.
If there are no sites currently available for private sale, but you'd be interested when one does, please join the waitlist and ensure you let us know that you're also interested in purchasing via private sale. We'll connect you with the sellers as new sites become available for sale.
